Trump supporters, you need to ask yourself a question. Why are some congresspeople so eager to defend Trump? They don't spend nearly that much effort, time, and money defending you. If he's innocent of the crimes he's accused of, they should want to see the evidence and how the courts play out, not try to subvert the process. If they think the process is foul, they should have tried to handle that on any number of other cases that have happened before, during and after his indictments, but they're haven't. Why is that?

What do Democrats want more than anything? They want to keep the White House in 2024. And they will do ANYTHING to do that! They would sell their mothers to take down Trump – the leading candidate of the opposition party who some polls show is actually leading Joe Biden! If this wasn't Trump, no one would be charged. And I voted twice for Schumer.
It would be an interesting escape clause for any criminal. Declare yourself a candidate, do everything you can to prejudice the potential jury pool and public opinion, and then claim its unfair to prosecute me.
Any normal defendant would be in jail waiting to stand trial. He's already getting special treatment. He needs to be held accountable for all his crimes.

The easy counter argument is that anyone running for president, no matter their crimes, should not be tried until after the election, which is clearly farce. If not, then whatever perceived crimes Biden has committed, he should be allowed to just let go of. That's obviously not the way that's supposed to happen.
I hereby announce that I am running for the Presidential election of 2060. Since I am now a candidate, I cannot be tried for any crimes I commit until after the election.

It's a hugely complicated case so they better get busy.
Usually by virtue of geographical boundaries, laws have always been contextual. What’s unlawful within one boundary may be lawful in another. However, what Trump seems to be trying to do – and will do if he’s elected – is legitimize demographic boundaries. For example, if you are in a wealthy demographic or if you’re a politician, he claims the laws shouldn’t apply. If this doesn’t scare us into voting, don’t we deserve to become Trump’s submissive subjects?
