  1. She goes easy on pedophiles and wants illegal aliens to vote in election..that's why they picked her.

  2. what a deceitful woman.

  3. I like her. Sue I perfect for the job. Idealistic. Conscious of propriety and the limits of her power. Good.

  4. but you will try to change policies of scotus

  5. Nice jobs,thanks share

  6. Go KBJ. You are awesomely realistic you have my vote ..Gop Wtf is wrong with you????

  7. Can you imagine working at the Heritage Foundation or the Federalist Society or another Republican propaganda mill, having to dig into the case files and making up the talking points with nothing for evidence to back them up? Then having to see which old white man or ratfucker will deliver it in a Q&A? Turn over must be massive at those shops.

  8. I'm baking her to make it work

  9. I would also agree that their wives shouldn't try to overthrow the government either.

  10. Judges may not be direct Policy makers, but they are Policy determiners… one side or another makes a law. then goes to supreme court, well they rule in favor of one side of that policy or the other. folks until you all realize Democrats Nor Republicans work for you on any level (city, county, state, region, federal) is the moment you realize voting for one side or the other really doesn't make a difference. they are the same coin, just different sides, and those who own the coins (big corporations and the super wealthy) are what needs to be pruned form government in all aspects. Corporations are not "We the people" but unfortunately we are all to blame because we let that happen since after WW2. We in the U.S since are not as strong characterfully as we think we are. we go for the easy route like any other human. start using he brain and intelligence we so proudly claim to be the best on this earth instead of squandering it on "me me me " mentality.

  11. What a waste of her time to have to go through this questioning.

  12. I'm not sure if every Republican senator took a stupid deal today or yesterday or continue to take stupid pills are you going to tell me that any of you are going to come out and be labeled as racist by voting against this racist nominee the whole point of this exercise is to let a racist woman on to the supreme Court that is Mr Biden the president of the United States has sent over and over and over and over again an

  13. she is under pressure right now, and she shows that she is able to take some heat from senators, but what's really importan here is her ability to answer every question with so much grace and trust in her mind, she's a good judge.

  14. That’s crazy to question her on criminal court cases when she’ll be hearing federal cases

  15. Vote no on her!!! She is for criminal!!!!

  16. Love to see her actually follow that one but Judge Taney actually followed that one even though he actually hated slavery and had freed his own slaves.

  17. Affirmative action at it’s finest. She got into college and the scotus because of her skin color.

  18. Shout out to George Floyd on 666 days of sobriety. It took some tough love but he did it. Say his name liberals!

  19. '''' judges should not be "policy makers"''… Even though Row VS Wade was a 100% USSC creation.

  20. Joe Biden's SCOTUS Pick Defends Record of Protecting Pedos

  21. Only Trump judges are politicians

  22. First off she is answering questions, more than Amy ever did. And she said exactly what I want to hear. Brett and Amy need to stop legislating from the bench!!!

  23. She doesn't want you to know about the creep and move next door to you she wants Megan's Law repealed

  24. I love to see a Republican squirm😏

  25. Judge Jackson is going to be just fine. She is a woman and she is black. She has defeated bigger enemies than these wussies in the senate!

  26. Defacto policy decisions are made in the Supreme Court every day. The reason that issues rise up to the Supreme Court is because there is a discrepancy in the official policy. With the court’s decisions, arguments become settled and policies become codified into law, reinforced with the strength of the decision.

  27. She presided over a case pertaining to black people: The case Ross v. Lockheed, a 2016 class-action lawsuit brought forward on behalf of 5,500 Black Lockheed Martin employees, Jackson presided over the case, and Ketanji Brown failed to greenlight the settlement that was reached, which was set to disperse $22 million to the employees. Judge Jackson gave the axe to a settlement designed to benefit black workers at one of the nation's largest employers, denied the injunctive relief agreed to by Lockheed Martin that would have addressed a root cause of systemic racial bias that could have been a model for a nation hungry for racial equity solutions; denied the black workers the right to seek evidence to prove their claim of company-wide racial discrimination, and knowingly frustrated the rights of black workers to appeal her decision.14 employees in Meridian Mississippi were killed some 10 years earlier at a Lockheed Martin facility where executives did know that this person was a danger for a year or more and did nothing about it. She is a nothing burger. Clarence Thomas is black. How has that work for Black Americans? If the elections were held today Biden would lose GA, PA, MICH, and WIS. Whoever the republicans nominate will be the next president.

  28. WHAT about a criminal president that frees criminal friends and family
