Define woman. My first thought was to say a female that can give birth to a baby. But then I realized if a female had cancer/a medical problem and can't get pregnant that wouldn't be defined right. Diversity isn't a threat to inequality. The fewer voices there are the less perspectives there are. Each new voice brings a different opinion to the table, from which people don't have to agree with, but can make more informed decisions as a result of. I don't see anything wrong with adding intentional racial, ethnic, religious, etc. diversity to a court which has been historically full of old white Christians. I'm not calling anyone good or bad here, just stating facts on what has historically been the case, and that lack of diversity leads to lack of perspectives.
