A California judge has ruled that there is enough evidence to charge the man accused of attacking Paul Pelosi in his San Francisco home in October after prosecutors presented the 911 call and police body cam recordings. NBC News legal analyst Danny Cevallos explains how the prosecutors’ evidence could stand up in the actual trial and whether it could impact federal charges the suspect is also facing.
