I have no idea what a just sentence would be but my guess is he was probably a future cereal killer so hopefully the shrinks can do something to help him and keep the public safe.
He went ahead made the purchase with his mother's credit card after he shot her. He deserves to be locked up for life. A 10 year old knows better than this.
Do you have the capacity to distinguish between right and wrong at 10 years old? I would argue- yes. The reasoning wasn't accidental, it was purposeful.
