  1. Juror who spared that monster…. DESPICABLE

  2. Fetal Alcohol? You've got to be joking? Pathetic jury.

  3. No offence, but the idea of the death penalty is quite barbaric, no matter what the person did

  4. Since when is it up to the jury as to what his sentence is? The jury is brought in to determine guilt or innocence. The sentence is given by the Judge no?

  5. Don't worry there will be one hero in prison to take this monsters life

  6. The system needs to evaluate jurors very carefully, they are not there for time off from work and get paid, they are there for HONEST JUSTICE!

  7. Hope those jurors don’t ever sleep in peace – and for the defense teem it is not a victory, it is horrific., you have open the door for criminals to claim mental issues . – I hope none of the juror or defense ever have to go through this.

  8. I wonder how many of you people in the comments saying he should have received the death penalty are people that spoke out against it before this case, or when you weren't consumed with your current emotion about this particular trial? I 100% believe he should have received the death penalty, but I believe societies propensity to blame victims, and not hold criminals accountable to the maximum extent has encouraged, or at least influenced, people like the jurors that voted against the death penalty for a monster like this. And to thank that people actually want prisons to become hotels, or to do away with the prison system as we know it altogether. We truly live in a clown world. Let's go ahead and blame an inanimate object for this monsters deeds while we're at it.

  9. And this is why mass shootings will keep happening. The states disgust me

  10. i feel like it makes more sense to have him on life. he is so young if you really were searching for revenge, life in prison is worse than some years and then death. however, personally i think the death penalty is immoral and should be banned even for cases like this. prisons should be focused on rehabilitation, therefore having the option of death penalty is conditractory and to me feels like a way to release human emotions of rage and revenge rather than execute true justice.

  11. The defense team were disgraceful. Middle finger laughing with Cruz. Weakes talking about his children when no threat was made. Attorney calling for a side bar with no salad justice was not done.

  12. Bro if killing 17 kids and adults in a school shooting doesn't earn the death penalty then what does…

  13. Did we needlessly destroy Iraq and cause so many families indescribable hardship? Well then why is it too much for the state to have a sham proceeding where they scarf up tax payer dollars and in the end let the subjugated American people know that they are the government’s little bitches

  14. It’s terrible that this murderer will live. Mental illness as a defense should have its limits. When someone’s mental illness causes them to bring such never ending ruin to so many, the best that can be done is to end their life by means of execution.

  15. Y'all always pretend to be crazy. He's not crazy he a average anglo Saxon male . He got away with it. Crazy

  16. These families that lost their loved ones on February 14 2017 who were shot at Parkland High School will never recover from this and then May 22 2022 Tuesday Ulvade TX had a shooting in their Elem Schools and the parents were angry at the Police Officers for not doing their job*** Also many families of Sandy Hook Elem School are still recovering from December 14 2012 shooting and it was 2 weeks before x-mas too. There is no justice. Nicolas Cruz is happy now that he is spending his life in prison and spared the death penalty. The justice system we have in this country is joke.

  17. Life in prison is much worse than the death penalty. I want you to suffer for multiple decades while being abused by Inmates & staff. Death penalty is a easy way out + you get a good ass meal. I’d want the death penalty before life in prison

  18. Public execution along with the jury

  19. i obviously cannot speak for any of the families and friends, or victims in this matter but i think life in prison might be better. he deserves to rot in a cell for the rest of his life. not get the easy way out.

  20. This is perversion of justice… Period!!!

  21. Heart Breaking was
    there wasn't
    an ounce of forgiveness
    amongst 18 Families.
"I Declare!!! As Grandma used to say.

  22. Hopefully this turns into a Jeffrey Dahmer situation and he gets “visited” by someone in prison that will do justice for these victims.

  23. The jury only gave a recommendation though. Can't the judge still sentence him to death if she wants to? Does a judge have that power?

  24. America has always blamed mental illness but not gun violence, so this is what justice you get when your children are brutally slaughtered.

  25. Guess if you want blood must pay with blood then you must do it yourself. Also lesson for bullies are if victim fail to fall into suicide mental they will focus their rage to action that destroy their enemies.

  26. Whoever the juror is who held out because of their garbage beliefs: You should be forced to serve the same sentence alongside him.

  27. Life is worser than death trust me inmates wish they could die
