  1. 100 million is way to much on the tax payers dollar

  2. Wait, did I pay for this?

  3. Keeping him on the force all because they are too prideful to admit wrong doing. So pathetic!

  4. Why does he still wearing an uniform?

  5. Wow. Panhandling…and paralyzed. Was this really necessary

  6. Well 2Pac said every brother ain't brother😡🤬

  7. This guy practically killed an elderly man for asking for spare change.. this animal should be made paralyzed by force so he can feel the what he did to this man

  8. If this city is paying $100 million for this no wonder their school systems are $#itty.

  9. He deserves a white wife while we're at!!!!

  10. He should have been fired a long time ago now he's causing taxpayers money crazy amounts of money he has to go

  11. Damnit black on black crime

  12. Probably just faking it. Even if it was real, 100 million of taxpayers money is outrageous. Maybe $5-10 million max would be fair.

  13. These officers in the United States all have bullying issues. I’m glad they sue idiots for $100 million🎉👍🏾

  14. Sad to still see this kind of action from POLICE

  15. The police should never chase after anybody and should only deal with people who turn themselves in voluntarily. No more lawsuits. Problem solved…….

  16. Dam could of sworn that was "RED FOX" he about to live it up congratulations OG..💪😎

  17. I wonder how much all those lawyers are charging Jerry.

  18. YOU KNOW THINGS ARE REALLY GETTING BAD, WHEN SOME COPS ARE PICKING ON THE ELDERLY AND
PREGNANT WOMEN! SO SAD AND SO UNCALL FOR!

  19. That day was his lucky day then .

  20. These cops just don’t learn.

  21. Wtf??? Scared of the police in the USA. So many are incompetent

  22. How much did the lawyers make? Probably 1/3 plus additional expenses. Doesn’t Georgia take a huge chunk of all settlements for the state as well?

  23. For pan handling? What a horrible cop.

  24. Imagine if he hadn’t ran, he’d still be able to walk. The cop did wrong but so did the old man. You always take your life into your hands when you decide to run from the police.

  25. It's also really funny how the victims family doesn't once play the "It only happened cause he's black" card.. you know they would have been all over that angle if the cop was anything but black

  26. and where is this 100M coming from? Tax payers?

  27. and just another criminal event brought to you by the police. *would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for those pesky cameras….

  28. I've always said, if the police unions had to pay these settlements, this wouldn't happen.

  29. I doubt the amount will stick. I'm sure it will be reduced once they challenge it.

  30. AMERIKKKA IS THE EVILEST NATION IN THE WORLD

  31. That lawsuit is bogus. Panhandling is illegal

  32. Atlanta, see how your taxes are being spent? 100 million bucks that could be spent otherwise on meaningfully things for your city.
Sad. One cop, caused this. One cop.
All over the country, cops are breaking the banks of many cities.

  33. Of course they do because the tax payers pay for it.

  34. AMERICA IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY!!!! BLACKS HAVE BEEN TREATED HORRIBLY FOR MORE THAN 200 YEARS

  35. Hey if y’all want to taze any one els I’m right here baby

  36. That Atlanta Officer needs to be locked up.

  37. PDs dgaf about hiring and training. They don't teach the Constitution they're supposed to uphold. Heck, they only hire people who are thugs and half a brain.

  38. Oh man! Is the police union and authorities going to pay for this?
