  1. Court was a Kangaroo court. Justice FRAUD.

  2. ALL Parents are Responsible for their Kids until They Turn 18 years old.

  3. You don’t reward your children with a gun at 15 years old especially when they have mental issues The jury got this right 🙏🙏

  4. Shouldn't she be treated as a cop you know they let everything happen but it's just like a cop killing somebody in this 20 of them standing around but none of them saw what happened and then the cop only get 60 days and 30 days with no pay shouldn't that be the way all Americans be judged cops are above the law where they can kill somebody for their parent that has a mentally ill kid they're being locked up Edna a double standard of laws for the and not for me

  5. They are making an example of her, how long time does she risk at worst?

  6. If you knowingly give your drunk kid keys to the car, you will be responsible for any damage that he does.

  7. She didn't take responsibility for her child, the worst thing she should have said if she had to do it all over again she'll do the same that what got her convicted!!

  8. Maybe she got burnt out with him walk ai mile in her shoes Maybe she needs therapy too lets throw us all in jsil they already have the right person

  9. So if we going to put this lady in jail because she bought a gun and went to work gun come up for her son yeah she didn't know it you know but you can give a kid keys to go get drunk and kill people and the parents don't get the same consequences

  10. This is Kim Jong Un tier facism. The mother committed no crime. Unbelievable to think this happens in America.

  11. Absolutely the right verdict. America start helping the victims and stop worrying about the criminal's Rights. Stop with plea deals and life means life.

  12. I’m kinda annoyed w the verdict. The juror said it was because she was the last known person w the gun that’s why they convicted them. That’s absolutely ridiculous and the foreman was 26 years old!

  13. This seems like there better be some serious evidence showing that she helped her son commit the crime. If she was not that this ruling is terrorism

  14. 😭I don't agree with this at all. Why is it there a child in this case in any any other case they charge children as young as 8 years old as an adult. I'll tell you why they basically do this because sometimes you just cannot control the things another person does even if they are your child. In my opinion basically they're telling anybody that if you have a child you are responsible for that child and everything that child does I disagree. I'm not proud of it but when I was young I did things my mom totally told me not to do was she responsible for me no because I was in the mindset that I was going to do it and I did do it be it sneak out at night or run away from home or whatever. It was not my mom's fault that I did these things I did these things because my mind was growing and when you're young you feel that you are an adult even though you're not.

  15. I don't see how anyone can disagree with this. Why on earth would you give a 15 year old a gun? Even disregarding all his mental issues, giving him a gun is stupid

  16. When someone says that they wouldn’t do anything differently and everyone is telling you that your child has problems then there is something profoundly wrong with your thinking
She had a chance to say sorry at least and didn’t….how sad
    Condolences to the families 🩸😇✝️💐

  17. Everyone is cheering this.
So now her other kids just gets thrown into the system.
I guarantee she had no idea he was out to kill anyone. Even if he acted, or said something that would warn anyone else.
Many mothers do not have the capacity to fathom their child doing this.

So few will understand this, but this has nothing to do with the gun, or peoples death.
It has everything to do with opening up another Pandora's box.
I'll just assume he knew where she hides her gun. It will morph into even if the child buys a gun off the streets.

Yes, we were just able to track and know everything you're saying only catch terrorists
Nobody understands a new precedent has been made. This new case law will allow the government to charge a parent with anything their child does.
Just wait, sooner, or later a child being a bully, whether it be stealing something, doing illegal drugs, or getting in a school fight.

The truth is, this conviction puts another nail in the coffin.
Every communist, or any totalitarian culture uses the children for their power. Just like the Soviets, they' taught their children their parents are stupid evil adults and are encouraged to report any suspicious behavior
But to the radicals, it's about guns.
Just one more reason to ban guns.
And you'll see non of this until it starts.
    Ty they're brainwashing our children.
    Mark my words.

  18. Her son was a walking red flag and instead of taking him to therapy, she bought him a gun.

  19. I do think there should be counselors that parents can go and talk to learn how they can help their children. navigate hogh school..college etc..kids these days are inundated..with the internet ..movies..violent video games..etc..they have a hard time and if they dont have parents they can talk to..this is what happens..so sad for those families affected by violence..God give you peace..❤

  20. All parents should be charged for their kids choices. Only way this will stop.

  21. She n her son should have stayed at home , n look TV 😂

  22. 😅😅😅Where's this kid father he's responsible to,,

  23. Not sure where this happened, but we had a guy here in New Mexico get charged for the same thing several months ago. His son had access to his firearm and shot someone with it. Not a school shooting in this case.

  24. She had no idea her son would do what he did…..but they are making an example….

  25. I am so glad of this decision. She was a No parent parent. The house was a wreck, and this mother ignored her son, only going to care for her horses in her spare time. And one stepson had already left home, saying he couldn't stand his stepmother — the house was always in chaos. But to have given the badly ignored teenage son a pistol as a Christmas gift was an act of ignominy.

  26. Sad the lives lost. I think we forget the purpose here.
His parents knew he had issues wth would they even entertain him with guns? SMH
You’re are responsible for your kid until adult.
(Note; also Principal should have checked the bag!)

  27. You can be a gun advocate and still have enough common sense to not let a child have full access to firearms.

This was a totally lack of responsibility on the parent. And people suffered because of it.

  28. If kids are smart enough to transition, and parents don’t have a say, then kids are smart enough to take responsibility for their actions.

  29. They made an example out of her, parents raise your children right 😢

  30. I'm sorry but nobody has control over another person's actions. At worst she's guilty of being an awful parent. What's next, a man's wife gets convicted for her husband's drunk driving conviction because she didn't take the bottle away? Ridiculousness

  31. I think this sentence is a bit severe for parent responsibility in this case. Jail is meant to keep the public safe. There is no evidence that show the parents themselves are currently dangerous to innocent people. Makes no sense to me other then to make an example of these parents.

  32. The school is being sued over what they DID NOT DO correctly, as they should be. If they are being held responsible, so should the parents. ESPECIALLY the parents.

  33. They are on trial because they allowed full access to a deadly weapon to a minor. Quit making it what it isn't!!!

  34. I'm torn on this president being established. Without knowing exactly how much she was truly aware of his intentions it's difficult to say if the conviction is justified. It's not as if she dropped him off at the school, gun in hand with a pat on back saying "go get em pumpkin!" But maybe he vocalized to her or she was aware of his intentions to a level of negligence. Without the evidence the jury had its not sensical to take a side.

  35. Putting Oxford on the map for the wrong reasons. Way to go crumbley family

  36. I would NEVER have voted her guilty.

  37. That's f*** up.. A lady down the street had cutlery knives, her kids stab somebody, she's getting big jail time because she owned the knives. Old man was at a gas station fueling up.
somebody stole his truck and killed somebody he's doing jail time. It was his truck his responsibility. Because the keys were still in the ignition. Why do you always try to blame somebody else.

  38. Good about time …Parents wake up ! your life and how you live it has effect of your children !!

  39. She was busy sleeping around and ignored the boys cries for help. He knew he was sick but neither parebt would help him. Dad told him to "suck it up". They supplied him a gun. They refused to take him home the day of the shooting be ause she claimed she had to work…neanwhile she was messaging her side piece saying she would try to sneak off to meet him. She was more interested in playing around than helping her son.

  40. Too bad he wasn't a black migrant, He would have been released without bail after four hours of detention

  41. Something must have been different in this case. Hundreds or maybe thousands of other cases here on YouTube where commenters have suggested to arrest the parents also, but nothing has come of it until now. Hopefully, this gives notice to parents to do their job or at least document attempts (defense evidence) of trying to manage their kids.
