Jennifer Crumbley is facing involuntary manslaughter charges for her alleged role in the mass shooting carried out by her son at a Michigan school in 2021. Prosecutors allege Ethan Crumbley’s father bought him the gun used in the attack and that both parents ignored warning signs about his mental state. NBC News’ Adrienne Broaddus reports Crumbley is the first parent in the U.S. to be charged in connection with a mass shooting their child committed.

They need to make it law that any parent of an adolescent killer will be prosecuted as the killer(s), as well… then maybe parents will actually start taking their RESPONSIBILITY as parents seriously.

The News reporter's poor audio edit states that the father bought the gun so his son could shoot the victims. I don't know that he did or didn't, as there has been no trial yet…But NBC sure wants us to believe he did.

Ezekiel 18:20 – The person who sins will die. The son will not bear the punishment for the father’s iniquity, nor will the father bear the punishment for the son’s iniquity; the righteousness of the righteous will be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked will be upon himself.
Parants are guilty as sin in this. It is time parants that produce these monsters be held accountable, no more excuses.
The issue is much deeper than guns. Ignoring the real problem will only make it worse.
