I feel like this has happened a bunch of times over the years. Someone or some organization receives an envelope containing white powder, and itβs big news for a a week or two, and then it turns out to be nothing.
The idea was to scare people. Doesnβt matter if it turns out it was innocuous, the charge should be the same. Terroristic threats?
