Kanye West is speaking out after terminating his deal with Gap, accusing the brand of not following through on their contract to build dedicated stores for his fashion line Yeezy. NBC News’ Ellison Barber has the details.

I would love that… Yeezy brands in Yeezy strores
HOPE HE WINS!!!!
Yeezy (YZY) should just be its own brand
Yep dealing with corporate America can get you eaten alive. I 🤔 he knew that. He built his brand up so joining a company means you share your recipe and we all know recipes can be copied and resold.
Brands come and go… Zara don't have Kanye and they are fine. I appreciate Kanye for the music he's brought to the world but fashion is a little different.
I bought Yeezy 350s because they were adidas first, and liked the design second – I haven't bought any other Yeezy product, but I'd consider independent Yeezy trainers if I liked the design.
King Kanye??
Well, no more falling into the Gap for Ye.
King Ye will just have to build his castle in his own canyon.
The Grand Kanyen. The Republican greed bug bit Ye pretty deep. Gotta catch up to Trumpanzee (and maybe run for president again in 2024). Go Birthday Party!
MYKA- Make Ye King Always.
Kanye is right. He created the T Shirt and Gap is stealing it and selling T Shirts. LOL delusional.
Go, West! 🤑👏🏾👏🏾
He could have saved gap singlehandedly…and the gap blew it…you do you Kanye, I'm buying YE, not gap
"The contract is still in tact" is a bad statement, when a contractual member states publicly it's terminated. Legal measures and proceedings follow.
He was trying to make high level designs affordable to the masses and GAP increasing their price range specifically on his items defeated his entire purpose. He had the top designer of Balenciaga design for GAP, they would never have achieved any of that without him. I'm happy that he's moving out on his own because it's long overdue and they always try to screw him over in partnerships but he outsmarts them all the time.
Looks like Marty McFly and CT Fletcher
3:41 "Always so humble there…."
See, its little jabs like that from these little envious nobodies that exposes the spirit behind what is always in the way of greatness in this world. Its the spirit that rises to provoke & corrupt Ye's intentions all the same as the spirit that rose to corrupt Marvel films, the Star Wars legacy, & even Lord of the Rings w/ this new "cruddy" tv show. Keep exposing yourself Leftist powers that be…youre watching us but we're watching you watch us & we have way more cards to play after seeing your lack of talent & self awareness as you always seem to RIG your way to the top where you obviously dont belong & arent welcome to be seated.
The humble comment was unnecessary. “They’re” always trying to boy a black man. The ego is a coping mechanism.
Gap sucks either way, nothing special at all
GAP= culture vulture, just add them to the list. You can never keep the blk 🐐 down. Inspiring at so many levels!
Smart. This will make him much richer if he goes solo with his own thing and brand naming, etc. This is how one creates wealth. He will probably end up being the richest African American in the U.S. if he does this right.
Nothing can save the gap
black lives matter
Here’s that “…he’s difficult” narrative they like to create around “Black” businessmen who’re not willing to conform, or to allow the wicked system to mistreat them.
