We should be well past the point wherein police investigate themselves. Every single time a person dies in police custody, the FBI should do all investigation, including the autopsy. There does not exist a police department that can be trusted. Not one. In texas, a coroner need not have even one day of medical training. No medical training, and no experience. Coroners. No training.
