  1. think the problem is families desperate to pay rent so they're sending their kids to work and lying on their age, this kind of thing happened in the mid 90s, maybe it's time to bring back the child worker permit program if government isn't going to do something about inflation

  2. An average person would go to jail but corporations always get away with everything

  3. MEME wise this is hilarious 😭😭

  4. Oh Thank goodness they were not being indoctrinated by the gays or cross dressing, right?

  5. They were the workers children. There are times a parent might have to have their child dropped off because theyre working later than usual.

  6. Typical McDonalds Moment.

  7. 13? I thought most states didn’t allow anyone to work unless they were 14. Here in PA, that’s the case and almost every place I’ve shopped at won’t hire anyone under 16.

  8. I started working when I was eight years old, now I am a multimillionaire! Retired at forty-seven!

  9. There isn’t a “labor shortage”, McDonald’s should try paying an actual wage

  10. What kind of parents let their 10yr old child work til 2am???? I hope the parents are charged too

  11. 10 year olds! Until 2 AM!?!

  12. How about we make more burgers 🍔and 🍟 at home? No child labour needed.

  13. Mitch McConnell not taking care of his State

  14. Shameful totally Shameful.

  15. Well, you can marry your cousin at age 10 in Kentucky. Why not allow the happy couple to work at McDonald's?

  16. McConnell's McDonald's

  17. Much like the slaughterhouses recently busted for child labor violations. Maybe it's time to boycott an industry that operates by exploiting animals, children and the environment.

  18. Only a fine the justice system is definitely not serious about protecting children or anyone for that matter

  19. Is this why Republicans are trying to lower the age to work jobs all over the place? Here in Wisconsin, they want to make it legal for kids to serve booze.

  20. I think what everyone should be asking is where was the parents involvement in this? You should know everything about your kid if they live under your roof, protecting them from such dangers

  21. And Republicans are working hard to remove child labor laws so these scenarios will happen more often and they will be legal unfortunately.

  22. When the kid files his taxes he can claim School supplies as a deduction

  23. So vile grotesque disturbing what US children and other children on US soil is going through. All the vile
Evil childhood abuses need to be at all cost aggressively meaningfully dealt with in the US. Children must be made a vital top priority with needed media coverage of those vile issues to bring them to the forefront in the US not who the f!$k Taylor swift or Chloe and Kim K no longer screwing. Good luck people of the human race☮️

  24. They broke the law, why no aresst?

  25. Children are the only ones who can stand all day. McDonald’s is a job that requires you to stand for 8 hours….many older people have problems with that….some people in their 20s have problems with. Let the kids work.

  26. They shouldn't be fined. They should be shut down and closed for business.

  27. I've almost cut out fast food completely since the pandemic. It's because watching all these fast food franchises A) Make record profits while B) Not raising wages / pinch pennies until they are faced with raise wages or have no employees and finally C) Pretend to be the victims / complain away; hanging signs in the window about the labor shortage while not trying to address it at all is just…. Like, most customers are someone else's employees, ya know? As an employee, watching the way MANY chain businesses / franchises seem to handle the labor shortage makes me angry, and not want to give them my support.

  28. The free labor profited them more than the fines cost. Business in America.

  29. It’s wild to me that this is just a fine and not prison time.

  30. When i was 15 i would rather be working than be at school. We need jobs from a young age so we can save for our future.

  31. Gotta love red states.

  32. Ok see I don’t understand the law, if your a kid and you want to work you should be able to. Maybe not that young but the rules are even strict at age 13-14-15. It should be allowed as long as the kid is willing to, it only becomes a issue when the kid no longer wants to then it’s a issue. Also how many hours maximum someone should work at a certain age is stupid also, again it should be up to the kid. Once the kid hits their limit that should be it. Let them work however they want just don’t force them to. It’s also dumb how there’s no regulation on how much someone can work for there parents, parents can FORCE you to work for them for like 8 hours straight and no break, and there’s no regulation on that but when someone wanting to work can’t because it’s more than 3 hrs. It’s kinda backwards.

  33. Dumbest McDonald’s employees ever but I bet they won’t stop

  34. something is getting normalized. Eventually some senator will push for this to get even worse.

  35. WackyD's taking business from the colonel on his turf.

  36. North Korea doesn't even do this.

  37. Daniel Boone is rolling over in his grave .

  38. Very than homeless…working and making $.

  39. Shouldn't the kid's parents be in trouble to , for letting there kids work that young ? In Penna you have to 16 to work unless your mowing yards , babysitting .

  40. Seems like the parents need to be investigated as well. Who doesnt know what their 10 year old is doing at 2am

  41. Wow! Talk about selective outrage!!! Children as young as 4 years old are mining the crap that goes into your cellphones, tablets and electric cars, yet you worry about a 10 year old getting a job at McDonalds…disgusting!!!

  42. After this I’ll never eat at McDonald’s again

  43. It's fine. Red states are rolling back the minimum age requirements for workers.

  44. They just told people they were midgets

  45. My 8 year old would love to work there if it meant him getting out of the coal mines.
