  1. How about telling the government to stop using our Social Security money and borrowing it and or losing it

  2. No Social Security age does not need to be raised. IF we can waste $9 trillion on Covid we can fund Social Security.

  3. Yo wtf 😂
    Inflations nuts 🥜

  4. Hell-A-Fornia can fail! Let that 3 would state be an example of what a F’N returd can do.

  5. A $7.25 Federal minimum wage is absurd. If you want to argue against this statement, you are also absurd.

  6. Ikky Haley is a Democrat.

  7. REDUCE ALL TAXES. BALANCE THE BUDGET.

  8. It’s not about not spending money it’s about spending on the right things

  9. Trump is right bring the factory back to america. Its america making china rich…

  10. they only threaten the elderly with SS cuts and run outs…. Never the welfare EBT shills getting loads of free sht. Never the war machine either.

  11. USA most ppl have terrible work ethic/lazy thats why foreigners are ok with taking up all the jobs

  12. Raising the retirement age is not the answer. The government leaving the money alone and not using it for their spending. This government both democrats and republicans need to stop taking money from social security

  13. I see how Fox is trying to push Never Nikki on us…

  14. Minimum wage increase is just a temporary band aid. How about making housing, healthcare, food and such more affordable for Americans.

    Good luck on that.

Over here the average wage was 668.700 kroner last year. 1.950 hours of which 200 hours vacation. Yes, 25 days (5 weeks) "paid" vacation, albeit no-one but yourself really pays it; a portion of your wages for the rest of the year will be held for that purpose. (Overtime compensation, comp. in natura, paid vacation time and sign-off comp. not included.) In addition employers have to pay up to 14,1 % of the wages in employer's tax. Bringing the wage expenses to 763k kroner. Aside from the "extras" mentioned. With the current horrible exchange rates, that is 73.009 dollars or 37,44 dollars an hour. A dollar now cost about 10,45 kroner which is considerably more than 20 years ago (around 6,50).

In 2023 average wage for full-time workers in sales and services was more than 441k. Resulting in up to 503k or more with full employer's tax. Around 300 kroner (USD 25) an hour (incl. vacation hours).

That's enough for employers to cut down on staff as much as possibly. Most goods sold are imported. Much of it of low quality, or totally unnecessary like replacing well-functioning items with new and new-fangled "smart" items. Who would've thought that "smart" was going to become a derisive term?

Yet some fools wants us to close down the petroleum industry. With nothing to replace it – the jobs, the energy, the raw materials or the tax revenue… That's absolutely preposterous!

When you go to the NAF (similar to AAA in America) garage, the reception is unmanned and you have to wait for a mechanic to serve you. Nearly all bank branches and post offices are closed and around 1k schools are closed since 1988. School classes of 30 pupils aren't uncommon. Separate serving staff at restaurants or cahiers at stores? Forget about it – the same personnel might have to do "everything"; viz. cook and serve food and wash the dishes (and be responsible for cleaning, delivering food or ordering supplies); check out customers, stock shelves and handle lotteries, mail services, complaints etc. Working as baggers or greeters at stores? That might be solely American concepts; I've never seen it.

My point is: Don't expect higher wages (or introducing or keeping minimum wages) to solve any problems. Expect to get fired, not get promoted, have your hours/benefits cut or your scope of responsibility widened – or not get hired in the first place.

  16. Of course he doesn't want that for anybody – other than himself, that is.

  17. "Kevin O'Leary issues dire warning over California Democrats' $50 minimum wage push"

Why not 500, for good measure?

  18. She never said anything specifically about a $50 minimum wage, it sucks you are insinuating otherwise.

  19. before the pandemic they were asing for 15 per hour now after they have and its the minimum 😅 we want $50 bucks now enough for daily needs!

  20. Like how he says Elon is so productive. No, all the people who work for you make you productive.

  21. That state is a loser state … This guy is cold blooded but very truthful lol

  22. Sounds like everyone else's debt. I'm in the positive. Good job Americans. 👏

  23. Social security running out of money, oh no….. the world with a hand out, oh yes, take some more.

  24. $50 an hour will cause unprecedented inflation. Brief pay raise, long term everything else even more expensive. Clearly there isn’t anyone working in the political party with knowledge of finance and it shows.

  25. O'Leary is becoming more and more likeable as of recent.

  26. $50/hr will basically mean that most small businesses will close.

  27. Instead of raising the wage, how about giving people more options and help to give people grants for trade schools and community colleges. Also give people a chance with no experience to get entry level jobs that ask for 4 yrs experience. People arent perfect in a job but they can learn and get better.
