Please stick to your core competence and skill-set. Refineries are downstream and do not produce crude. It refines it. Without crude you have no refinery. Existing refineries can be expanded for greater through-put. Furthermore, the lion of share of crude refined in the United States does not come from the Middle East.

Come to Texas. We could build it in Odessa area. Plenty big enough labor pool, good infrastructure, and build it well outside of city limits with some zoning to help keep neighborhoods from getting built anywhere near it.

I applaud it Kevin, but good luck dealing with the EIA and FERC. That's a Herculean task. They can barely permit LNG terminals to get off the ground. You'll also have steep wall to climb for syndicating debt/equity in this market where the risk appetite has changed. I'm all for it. Let's get it done.
