A Manhattan jury found Kevin Spacey not liable for the battery of which he was accused by fellow actor Anthony Rapp who alleges the Oscar-winner briefly laid on top of him on a bed at a party in 1986. Lawyers for Spacey said Rapp’s allegations of sex abuse “never occurred at a party that was never held.” NBC News’ Danny Cevallos and Ron Allen report.

I hope Anthony Rapp gets completely blacklisted. First, that incident was fabricated, secondly to want millions for such an incident and to seek damages even if it did occur, 30 years hence is absolutely insane. It’s extortion and he is guilty of a crime. Besides that the wispiness of going to court over “I was 14 and some drunk, laid on me and there should be a trial, and a news conference …” what a drama queen.
