Investing in petroleum infrastructure would clearly be a mistake at this point. Even when it was proposed, investors passed on this project, so it had to be socialized.
People must enjoy being lied to because the Democrats keep lying and continue to win the popular vote. I don’t have much sympathy. Dems just retook the Senate and a little more than what they already had. Republicans just snuck in a majority in the house, Dems gained more governor’s seats and even Biden’s approval rating edged upwards. People are saying we love it with their votes.

The necessity of getting over our collective addiction to fossil fuels so we can, maybe, have a planet that still supports life leaves one wondering about all the pipelines crisscrossing the country. It’s time for the fossil fuel guys to dig into the money they set aside when installing the pipe and recover all that steel and recycle it. That’s the future for the pipeline workers and their jobs and that will be a huge job..They DID think that far ahead and fund the means of removal and recycling when they put the pipe in, right?

Venezuela has the dirtiest oil in the world, full of toxic junk, and the most expensive to refine anywhere, especially since it has to be transported from there and not sent by pipeline, which multiplies pollution and environmental accidents by 1,000 times. West Texas sweet crude oil is the purest oil in the world, cheapest to refine and the safest to transport by pipeline. It's like tea. Biden is also buying oil from a dictator. This is not insane, it's intentional.
