Why would police shoot into a vehicle that held a kidnapping victim? I don't care if God was shooting at them, you back off and formulate a plan. Now we are killing innocent victims? This news report sounds as if the Police accidently killed the kidnapping victim. I say this because at the moment it has not been stated the perpetrator killed victim. Prayers for her family and an independent investigation and autopsy into her death.

Based on how they worded this I have a pretty strong feeling cops were responsible for her death.
