I live across the street from the Ronald McDonald house in NEW YORK CITY (cancer/kids) and people are funded by friends and family to extend the life of their 5 yr-old by 5 minutes.
I see them pushing wheel chairs with deathly ill children.

As a cancer survivor I can tell you chemo is brutal. He will not be able to continue his duties. Given his age it will be even harder for him. Sending lots of prayers but I think William will be taking over sooner rather than later.
