I have watched Williamson's captaincy closely over the years and concluded that yes overall he is a good captain for sure but he is not like Dhoni,Rohit or Morgan who plan all 20 or 50 overs well according to situation and are tactically aggressive but also sensible.Williamson sometimes keeps very aggressive field like both long off and long on up for Umran Malik and sometimes not even a proper mid off which gives easy runs to opposition like against Gujarat when Umran took 5 wickets where about 12 to 15 extra runs went and Srh lost and sometimes he keeps very defensive fields and twice against kkr this season he gave spinner the 20th over against Russell which is a huge tactical blunder.So he is brilliant at times and extremely poor at the other not only in white ball but test matches.No hate to him just speaking truth.
