The Kremlin is accusing Ukraine of attempting to assassinate Russian President Putin after videos appear to show an explosion on a dome inside the Kremlin walls. Russia provided no evidence beyond the videos. Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy said, “We don’t attack Putin or Moscow.” NBC News’ Keir Simmons reports.

Putin doesn't quite understand that most people in the West are not exactly outraged at this attempt on his life. They're upset that it failed.
