Consideration must be given to the possibility of this being a ruse. Prigozhen operates a shadow army in all the countries Russia occupies at Putin's direction. He gives him plausible deniability for the atrocities committed. He is paid by and receives ammo and weapons from the Russian military. If he was planning a mutiny he would have planned it better. So, why this sharad?
Prigozhin should really stay away from high windows.
