Wholly agree with you, Larry. Trouble is, Biden is as weak as water, an appeaser to his fingertips. He thinks Putin should be allowed some sort of 'off ramp', and achieving that is only possible if Russia is not seen to have been beaten. Hence Biden's slow response and reluctance to send to the Ukrainians anti-ship missiles and weapons to smash up the Russian's heavy artillery and missile launchers. In this sense, he prefers Ukraine to lose, or at least 'come to terms' with Russia, which is another way of saying 'surrender'. What a defeatist.
