I worked for the Fed for 30 years, and in all that time I have learned one thing. The majority of the people that work there are radical hair on fire liberals. All, I mean ALL, the economic crisis that have happened since the 1970s has been caused by the Fed and its decisions. Deregulation of the banks started when the Fed chairman Greenspan initiated deregulation which led to the subprime crisis which led to both housing crashes of the 80s and 2008. The Fed is independent, yes, it is also arrogant and feels untouchable. Also, they treat their former employees like dirt, just threw that in for free.
