In my career as high tech business financial controller, the expense money would NOT be allowed until the business guys COMMITTED to the higher sales, at 1.5% USA planned econ growth the government spending should be limited, or even budget cuts until a surplus is produced. Let the private market economics do it's work, and yes END the socialism stuff. To work is to have life, and enjoy benefits YOU have earned. The democratic party will pay for this with 10 years of political exile, IMO. That is a longer term calvary.
