Certainly not any worse than the person who video taped this and sold it to the networks or all of the people who video human tragedy everyday for their TikTok ratings – People who video others getting hurt instead of putting the phone away to help are worse than Mathew will ever be – Hopefully the reporter takes more concern to her surroundings next time. People get hurt in accidents all the time, why is there a "go-fund" page for this person ? I'm sure the company she works for has insurance for this kind of thing.
