Biden willfully broke the law taking the documents , he committed a crime , it would fall into that category of High crimes and misdemeanors and Biden should be impeached for doing it , he was in a federal office when he committed the crimes , this is probably the worst of Bidens crimes and it demands impeachment !

With all those classified documents is that why foreign governments paid the 20 shell companies controlled by the Biden family? We already know the answer. This could certainly be described as treasonous.
Prosecutor Hur can't charge a sitting U.S. President so he provided the best response he could have. He clearly outlined the fact that Senator (and later V.P.) Biden had broken the law and then recommended not filing charges based on the fact Joe Biden is mentally incompetent, thus implying he's too addled to be President. This sets up a perfect pretext for the House judicial and impeachment committees to question AG Garland and watch him stumble over the Catch-22 set before him, is Biden competent? If not then why (as a cabinet member) have you not filed Article 25, Sect 4 on behalf of the American people. If he is competent then why have you not overridden Hur's recommendation and provided Congress a further recommendation for impeachment?
Larry and VDH are correct. Biden is more at fault over that 15 year period of removing documents from his government office to his garage which was out in the open and unsecured.

Unlike Trump, who had the right to possess the documents, Biden didn't just 'retain' classified documents [what a generous way of saying it], he planned and STOLE thousands of documents over a span of years and shared them unlawfully for profit. At the very least, Biden needs to do a thorough public mental competence test followed by a public hearing to question him about the classified documents he stole over many years. I'm waiting for a reporter to be brave enough to ask Biden a few questions; WHY he stole classified documents over years as far back as a Senator, HOW did he steal them from the SCIF, WHO else helped him cover up the theft of the documents..?
