Byproducts would be molybdenum 99 for cancer diagnostics therapies and research. Xenon for interstellar space travel for NASA and possibly Elon musk. Excess he could be used for water desalinization at Diablo Canyon and petroleum distillate manufacturing. Why would we do that when we can pay the Chinese to make solar cells and enrich them, so they can build more bombs, and use them on us.
