I wish these guys would quit talking about 8% inflation. It’s a myth. Everything I see is up 20-30% or More. I have many examples but here are two totally unrelated to each other. Last year I used to buy a double pack of 1 pound butter at Walmart for less than $4.00. It is now $7.48. Almost double. Last winter I bought two-packs of 1 pound Coleman propane camping tanks for less than $8.00 also at Walmart, now it is $9.98. That is 25%. Gasoline is up 50%, from $3,00 to over $4.50. Quit propagating the lie about 8%.
