I am happy for her and I am glad she got over all that unnecessary red tape trying to choke her freedom and destiny. Congrats, Britney! She does not require baby sitting, sorry. Was going to say the same as what the judge ruled, what the hell could they possibly expect to get out of it? If anything if they press hard she could on the stand say, "this legal abuse is just a part of what I've had to deal with all this time."

I don't understand the purpose of deposing the conservatee here. She is only going to know what James Spears already knows. James, however, has quite a lot of explaining to do.
