My husband is from Ukraine, but we live in United States.
My husbands parents, sister with 2 small children, aunts, uncles, cousins and a lot of his friends live in Ukraine and we are devastated by this war.
Watching it unfold in front of our eyes on TV, and knowing that he can't help or protect them in any way, breaks my heart ๐ญ My husband is tough and never shows his weak side but I have never ever seen him so inconsolable, hopeless, emotional, worried and just low-spirited ! We have pleated with his parents and his sister to leave Ukraine and go to Poland for their safety but they said they are staying and protecting there homes ๐ญ๐ญ
We pray for the safety and health of not only his family's but also everyone else's who lives in Ukraine ๐ญ

Violent people can have a history of severe abuse and trauma in childhood or frontal brain dysfunction. I watched a video on you tube – They mentioned an animal , could have been mice, their natural food source was removed due to man and the mice began eating their babys. It was discovered the cause was a nutritional deficiency from the food source being lost. Also a study where prisoners were given vitamins, it was found they was less violence within the prison.
