We need to have these kind of preceding for Senators in each State by a lottery of citizen voters. Five to ten full days of questioning, and a oversight committee of representatives from justice organizations, local business, schools, former inmates, disabled, elderly, etc.
I say this time and time againβ¦. The American people should really sit back and pay close attention to this bs.. politics is so archaic. Itβs infuriating to hear these old a$5 windbags talk about ancient subjects and consistency with their opinions to Keep their seat in office and get a chance to show their voters that they are doing their job! Itβs so sad that these are the people that are left yo make choices for this nation and govern our ways of life. Unfortunately we are behind in times with our thinking process. To me this is a stage to beat up on this person to make themselves look like legitimate candidates. Itβs all a game. Red or blue pill people!!

Watching this. What a stark contrast compared to the last 2 SCOTUS hearings. Wonder why as there is always a reason as raised by those in attendance as well as those providing media coverage: race, gender, political affiliation? That is THE question(s).
Why are people that are not judges or not versed in all things that an actual judge would and should know about law? Given the right to judge weather or not if she qualifies to be a Supreme Court justice?

I never will go understand how one Judge is favor of the criminals and against of the victims. For example, Judge woman Jackson is favor to reduce the sentence for child crimes and others serious crimes.
