The only one who is malicious here is Lizzo. Others have come out in support of the dancers to share their encounters with Lizzo, including the Director of her documentary, who quit the project after one week of working with this badly behaved and obnoxious “singer.”
Why is anyone surprised? Some of her music is blatantly toxic.
If you don’t like your job or your boss you quit, just like them. But they didn’t quit. Two got fired and one quit when her friend got fired. They didn’t file these claims till AFTER they were fired. So if they were still employed by Lizzo would they have done this? Don’t think so.
So do the dancers not know how a Dance contract works, as each contract has specific rules you have to follow. She should have done a contract lawsuit not a discrimination one

Fight Lizzo! Don’t let people just take your stuff or make you a target because they landed on your shores. It’s funny how their claims go to the heart of her brand. They are going for the jugular, nasty.
This happened to me when I opened a small business. I had not much, but every time I turned around I was in court for one employee claim or another. I won all of my cases fortunately. Each cost a lot of time, stress and money that I could not undue. I could have been focused on my business, but was distracted by the court fights. One tried to get money from me for religious discrimination, but we were the same religion. She did not know that because religion was something that I never deal with at work. She lost. A family member threatened to tell people she saw me touch a child inappropriately if I did not give her money, even though she made it up. I filed charges first and she left me alone. A court case can go any way and the media strikes blows that are hard to overcome, even when you win in court. I wish Lizzo’s situation on no one.
I’m sending prayers to Lizzo and wishing her the best, as while she was focused on uplift and expanding her body of work, she naturally failed to protect herself, while these dancers who seem to be pros at suing, were busy analyzing her weaknesses and collecting stones to knock her down with.
There are always those people looking for a free ride from wherever they can get it. Unfortunately or fortunately, these dancers will find it even harder to get jobs. SMH.

I am constantly telling lawsuit-happy people who are always screaming, "I am going to sue…" to be very careful. If you lose or if the judge throws out your suit, the person you tried to sue can file a countersuit against you.

Good for her! Fight back. If you see the Docu series you can see how much love Lizzo has for everyone in general. Most of those girls are in the docu series. When you hear them talking is about gossip, fights that may have occurred. Those things happen.

Im glad she countersued. If those people really were unhappy working with her why didn’t they leave? People jump on the bandwagon to bring people down. The fact that many of her dancers who are still employed claim they love working with her is very telling.
