Parkland Doctors seemed to indicate the shots came from the front but there's no doubt that Gov Connolly was shot from the rear. Wouldn't consider myself as a 'researcher' but I have followed the case from the time of the crime. My view after taking umpteen stances is that Oswald shot JFK from the 6th floor of the TSBD. Could well have been other plots going on and I don't know if Oswald acted alone but I'm convinced he was a shooter.
I was five years old when he died.
I remember crying with everyone else in our family sitting in my grandmother's front room watching it on tv.
The tv was in a room she never really used.
It was a very sad day for all of us.

Back in the 1950's and 1960's, southern white supremacists hated white catholics too. Mostly because White Supremacists are fascists and even the slightest dissent from what they call "family values" is grounds for conflict.
These fascists now vote republican, but back then they were "Dixiecrats."
Nixon knew if he could get these southern fascists to vote republican, he would win in a landslide.
So Nixon ran a campaign that challenges basic civil rights for non-white christians and won in a landslide. We called this "The Southern Strategy" and the G.O.P. has been the homebase for White Supremacists ever since.
Just as excluding a person because of their religion is wrong I think choosing a person because of religion is wrong also , qualifications and policy are what matters
