Every woman has the God appointed right to decide what she does with her womb! Neither her body nor her life are a possession of government, court, legislator, police or law enforcement person, church or other living soul. The Supreme Court Judges, the Senate and House of Representatives, The President of The United States and Law Enforcement People have no authority except that which is given by the citizens of our country. The citizens have the power to remove any authority granted to all government officials even when many government officials desire the citizens to be afraid of their own government. That being said….women have to make their voices not only heard but, as citizens, demand that their voices be obeyed! Let government officials know that any intrusion into or against their God given right of self determination about their bodies will not be tolerated under any circumstance. About 39 years ago I was close to 13 weeks pregnant and had an abortion. Near the end of the abortion the nurse said 'O My God' and stared for about a minute and left. The doctor continued staring for about a minute or two longer. While staring he briefly placed his hand on my knee to try to reassure me. I could see they were in shock and knew they watched my baby die. My legs were draped so I could not see. I want to stop abortions. Heart pumping blood day 21, brain waves day 40. see Baby Center- Fetal Development Week By Week which states on week 11 the baby can FEEL if the belly is gently poked on mom, is kicking and stretching, almost fully developed. Look at the pictures – the fetus looks like a developed baby. bible "You knitted me in my mother's womb". I believe abortion is socially accepted birth control taught by the powerful examples set by society. I was told at the appointment the fetus was just tissue – the same lie told today despite the advanced technology showing the truth. The greatest holocaust was not from Hitler's Nazi regime – but from the brutal abortion of innocent lives.

No BEING = no murder. "Life" does not automatically translate to a BEING existing. If one defines a baby as an actual human BEING, then a fetus is not automatically a BEING. It cannot be until a certain point of development (which begins around the 24th week of pregnancy). Pro-lifers have beliefs that require they conflate the issue in order to cling to their beliefs.
I'm glad to see Louisiana moving this abortion issue in the right direction.

Under the Unborn victims of violence act 2004, murdering a pregnant women counts as a double homicide when it’s an embryo. You can’t have it both ways here.
