need to hold all judges accountable for this

So tired of hearing about "more training" and "policy changes". They mean nothing unless there is accountability. This is the real problem. This report from the DOJ could describe EVERY police department in America.
Louisville Metro police department engaged in that much discrimination? Louisville police department seem to be operating their police department like it was still in the late 1940's early 1950's of the last century.
