It's almost always the same story. The person is usually from the political Left, obsessed with Leftist things like race or gender, attack a place known to them, they are not gun owners but obtain a weapon just days or weeks before the attack (be it a gun/knife/vehicle/etc.), they usually had prior encounters with Police, most had a history of mental disorders and are suicidal, many had expressed their desire to hurt others or do "something big" on Social Media or to Family or Friends. Police can't catch everyone, so if you know someone in that situation, maybe you should talk to them or try to get them some help before they do something crazy.
