Well the person has money and wealth but obviously has no brain. No sane person would want to risk building a house let alone a luxuriously huge one right on the edge of a cliff where you can clearly see that soil erosion will happen and judging from the land slide that's visible in the video, it must have happened during construction. If that mountain was solid rock then it would have been better

MY CHILDWOOD HOUSE WAS LIKE ONE OF THOSE HOUSES , THE LAND WAS VERY LARGE AN THE RIVER RISE MORE AN MORE CAUSE LAND SLIDE TREES TO WEAKEN BANKS KEEP BROKEN OVER 30YRS , MY KIDS AN MOM MOVED OUT 2009 AN THE HOUSE WENT THE SAME NIGHT IN THE RIVER RISING ,LOADS OF PPL LOST THEM HOME THAT NIGHT , I WAS AWAY THEY PHONED ,SAID THE HOUSE WAS GONE ,BASICALLY HOMELESS, AS THEY HID WHAT WAS HAPPENING TO THE LAND FROM ME ,THEY STAYED WITH MY BROTHER UNTIL THEY COULD MAKE THERE OWN HOUSE ,AS MY BROTHER WAS ONE TOO BUT HE MOVED BEFORE SO WORST ,WASNT THE SAME ,ABOUT 10FAMILY LOST THERE HOMES 🏡 😢😢

Brilliant location for that beautiful home 😉. Gonna cost another million to save it from eventually sliding off the hill as well. If it’s even possible to save.
