  1. If he was a cop he would be charged with murder.

  2. Never go on a property without notification

  3. Even if he were a burglar, you still don't start shooting and executing people unless your life is in imminent danger. Laws must reflect that, and the shooter must be punished for a murder.

  4. Last I knew you can’t shoot someone outside your home.

  5. What a bunch of losers!! The USA has issues with guns. Just shooting people like that. Out of order on Christmas day.

    Guns guns guns guns

  6. Was this the good guy with a gun?

  7. Maybe the shooter is a drug dealer and thought maybe someone coming to rob him In this case no warning ⚠️ And after find out was the Maintence guy will cooperate with police.

  8. Probably a trumper that shot this man illegally

  9. Sadly another hard working citizen is killed smh only in amerikkka

  10. Maintenance men have a really bad problem with barging in people apartment complexes. Office management needs to do a better job of notifying people of maintenance. Maintenance men need to specify a specific date and time. On Christmas 🎄 day. That's highly suspicious 🤔. Sounds like a "GRINCH" to me.

  11. Everyone at fault here.

  12. A wife and 5 sons 🥺😢😢😢 My heart goes out to the family

  13. First option is to call the law. There's supposed to be that option if the intruder is not inside his residence

  14. That maintenance worker was shot on purpose by the tenant who knew the maintenance worker was there. It was a probably also a hate crime.

  15. Thank you NBC for not answering nd questions in the title

  16. This is what you get when you mix a coward with a gun.
Hopefully the coward repents for his stupidity and cowardly.

And the father comforted in the arms of the LORD.

  17. So it's legal to shoot ppl through windows now if you can't tell who they are?

  18. If the tenant legally had the right to do this, then the laws in this state is extremely cowardly. Shooting through a window in an apartment complex? Without identifying the one outside?
If I was the maintenance guy’s family, I would have been really sad knowing you could get killed for just doing maintenance job.
