No money down just results in a higher payment and I am sure that those closing costs are rolled into the monthly payments as well.
I still need help with closing costs š
š more like making black and brown people more poor. Please donāt be a sucker for these banks.
The new NINJA loan
But they don't tell you have to have almost perfect credit they no minorities don't have good credit.

Millions of Americans have been priced out because of the inflated prices, lady! 1:03
It's all bondage, no matter how it's sliced and diced. At some point, one will have to be faced with the reality of whether or not they'll ever have enough money to buy a home in this country. Don't be ashamed for not being able to purchase here. Save up enough money to buy a home in another city in a different country if need be, but do your best to NEVER borrow money. Borrowing money IS slavery. It IS bondage.
DON'T DO IT! PLEASE, DON'T DO IT! They are trying to enslave people of color all over again. Don't fall for this trap!
Lining people up this contributed to the downfall in 2008 pay attention
What about white people were chopped liver now it's crazy
Lol letās āfixā the economy by purposely making it easier to buy houses to try to stimulate the market while having no foresight about how they will later get screwed. Good ole America capitalism enjoy now get screwed later⦠the American Dream in full effect here guys š
Itās not worth the risk just wait it out
I understand sheās reading off a prompter but literally generalizing communities by race and colorā¦.. everyone is suffering
Learned nothing from 2008
They really want colored people to be poor forever…
< first entered BTC in 2016 and has since stored/purchased sats at various prices. I have already undergone corrections and will probably experience more in the future. Volatility is simply the price to pay if they want to play. I don't have Alt as I'm a bit of a BTC Maxi, but that said, if BTC didn't die before, it surely won't now. Stay there – yes, we all feel the pain, but in the long run it will just be a blow. This is how I view past corrections when I felt I had hit a high (at the time I think it was under $1000 and bouncing all over the place!). Now when I look back, all I see is regret that I didn't have the courage to buy more at those times. But if you think BTC has value, then definitely buy the dips if you can afford it. For those who entered 60 or 70K and are feeling the crunch: hang in there. I have witnessed the last 3 cycles and just before each bull run the amount of bear posts and negativity around crypto is just like it is now. Bitcoin is entering the area of where a bottom will be formed IMO. Please note this could take months and there will likely be further volatility in both directions. Absolutely cool update, still ongoing from my bitcoin day trading session with Roy Colter to watch closely Over a span of at least 9 weeks I was able to accumulate a total of 6.7 btc after trading with my initial 0.8 btc. Technical analysis is my second You can reach him on ͲeIŃÉ É¾Ī±m @Roycolter and on whatsapp @+13108531738š. Bravo and thank me later⦅.
Doesn't make a difference if the cost of the house exceeds what it's truly valued at. FOH!
Welp at least I'll be able to buy a home after the crash
Its 2008 all over again.. š
Black people do not fall for this scam again none of these companies want to see us doing well so anything they offer there is some trick to it
