If they didn’t add the interest all the cards would had been paid by now then no one would be in debt. Last year I paid off my Discover card I just now have too payoff the Capital One and the other ones and I’m good I’m giving myself 3YRS the only thing that really stops me from paying it off it’s emergency can’t control when something happens

Capital One sux they have no customer service that speak English and you never get your issues resolved. Discover is awesome their customer service rocks. Now if this goes thru that is going to tank my thoughts on Discover. I may have to cancel all my accounts even my savings and checking accounts.

2. Mergers shouldn't affect whether or not people pay off their credit card debt. That needs to be one of their top goals, period.

My experience with capital one have been good, they only need to have more atms if they want customers to open a savings and checking account and also more brunches, but as far as using their credit card it's not bad

I’m disappointed, I had a credit card with capital one which they closed for 2 missed payments, I still have my discover credit card, but if the service gets worse than how it was before, I’m closing my account.
How about no… Discover's Customer Service is so much better than Capital One
