The man accused in the murder of Tupac Shakur was in court today. He will be arraigned in two weeks when he will enter a plea and have a trial date set. NBC News’ Miguel Almauger has more details.

近些日子工作上遇到瓶颈，感觉如何努力都突破不了，当我决定歇一歇、停一停，真正静下心来思考一番时，脑中浮现出一句话，“临渊羡鱼，不如退而结网”。我突然觉得这个“退”字非常不同寻常，从前认为“退而结网”是指为了目标行动起来，整句话不是“退”反而是“进”，但是现在却有了些不一样的感悟。
我想到古时候不管哪个行业的人，在学习或工作前都要先打坐、静心，而不是为了完成任务抓紧时间向前赶进度，这与“退而结网”的“退”有异曲同工之妙。静心能使人生出智慧，而想要静下来就需要退一步，放下内心对进度、目标的执念，冲破观念形成的阻隔才能展现出意想不到的美妙，有时也称其为灵感。在平日快节奏的工作生活中已经无法体会到“退”的智慧了，一味求进反而迷失了真正的方向，当我们退一步放下对“进”的执念时，才能真正的豁然开朗。
孔子那句“三十而立，四十而不惑，五十而知天命，六十而耳顺，七十而从心所欲不逾矩”也说明了“退”的智慧。现代人普遍认为青壮年时期才是人一生中最有发展最有活力的时期，而对老年时期能想到的只有“养老”一词。然而孔子那句话的意思则恰恰相反，只有当岁月的铅华逐渐褪去了之后，人才会慢慢放慢脚步，懂得如何“退”，放下对名利情等外物的所执时，生命真正的智慧才会被开启，才能够做到“从心所欲”。
在错误面前反观自身，退思补过；在矛盾面前不去争是非，退一步海阔天空；在成果面前不去争名利，功成身退。退是一种洒脱，是一种智慧，更是一种境界。当一个人能够守住本性，懂得谦退，超然物外时，必定能够一览众山小，那时又有什么难题能够使其困惑而无法突破呢。
