Freaking disgraceful ! The fact that a criminal is deemed unfit or incompetent by doctors and the court to stand trial doesn't mean they should put that person back on the street. I thought there were secure psych hospitals or mental facilities for people like that ?
The justice system is a joke
We’re living a time that criminals literally get away with murder in many cases. Belmont is a beautiful Campus and it’s sad that for absolutely no reason this young lady lost her life. The shooter had already been arrested for shooting into a car with two small children in it and many other serious crimes. Justice system fails again. It simply makes my heart ache to see all this.
I find the whole human race incompetent.
No one is surprised the perp looks like that.
It's just sad how people get away with murder so easily. And the government wants our guns!
