An arrest was made after a Philadelphia man allegedly broke the window of a woman’s car and then held her at gunpoint. The suspect has been charged with felony assault.

I would have put my car in reverse when he jumped on the car. He would have ended up underneath my car tires when I finished with him and a call to 911 while my car was sitting on him.
