The plaintiff was injured in the sense that she was being forced by Colorado law to promote LGBTQ+ messages through her business. This would have forced a substantial risk upon her of losing her investment. So she needed to eliminate the risk.

Well, now the SCOTUS has a lot to answer for because the country now knows that they ruled on a hypothetical case which is not permitted in a court of law. This was a court case, there were two opposing parties. Labor should never be forced against someone. Left wingers can not be trusted on the Supreme Court.

What is truly absurd is how our supposed system of checks and balances barely works on the SCOTUS. They can hardly ever be impeached, they have no ethics compliance protocols like lower courts do, and you can’t nullify their decisions. What these 9 people say is usually set in stone for a long time. There are some serious issues with our system!
Why can't a gay person bring this back to the court citing harm to them from this ruling? I would think if the makeup of the court changed, this would be something worth doing. They could show harm and therefore standing.
So a fake man brought a fake law suit and the court voted with the fake law suit and it stands as a law that can't be challenged because they voted on it even though it was fake ….I call BS in the highest degree because that makes it a fake law that no one should follow …
