Authorities organized a massive manhunt for a suspect accused of shooting five people in Cleveland, Texas. The 38-year-old man is accused of barging into his neighbors’ home and opening fire. The sheriff said the youngest victim in the shooting was 8 years old. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson has the latest.
