What a waste of skin
Everyone (prosecutor, judge, defense attorney and defendant) all sound like they’re from the same part of NYS where I was born and spent quite a few summers growing up (Buffalo/Niagara Falls area).
Terrible. Hate to say it but blame the NRA and right wing crap for putting people on alert… And yes I have several guns but also training, common sense, and situational awareness

All of the stupid Americans who talk about killing the next "intruder" who shows up on their yard or porch need to take note. This guy's attitude is pervasive, I've heard it too many times. It's very sad… some people are just waiting for any excuse to end someone's life with their glorious guns.

Did the victim drove onto his driveway to turn her car around or did she drove all the way up to the end? I have a wide drive way and sometimes people come up a little to turn around.

My dad told me as a kid to never go into anyone's driveway to turn around on my bike. He said some people don't like that stuff. This guy took it to "get of my lawn" levels!
