Bragg is nothing more than a Soros bought leftist fanatic. First going after Trump on bigis charges to stymie his presidential run, and then going after Jordan for calling him out on it. Who's next, Cruz maybe? And this is only the tip of the iceberg!
According to many media outlets, Soros has bought at least 75 DAs across the country (just search Soros bought DAs. NY Post has a good detailed story). So one has to ask how many politicians, law enforcement, judges, and others in power has he bought as well, all in an effort to take control of this country and make it into his version of a liberal paradise.

A federal court on Tuesday denied Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s request for a temporary restraining order to prevent House Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) from questioning a former prosecutor about Bragg’s case against former President Donald Trump.
In order to support Trump Republicans have willingly abandoned the rule of law, excused obvious racism, and ignored basic human decency.
So it's no real surprise that would also immediately betray the concept of states' rights, which was once a pillar of GOP principles.
All for a man who cares more for image than his country that sees them as little more than dirt under his shoes.
I don't understand why so many conservatives are against this. I mean you're all about states' rights right? God knows you love insisting that that states' right were what the civil war was REALLY about!
Well here is a clear example of the federal government trying to directly cut away at a state's power to prosecute state laws!

Bragg should arrest Jordan on 4/17, while jordan is in NY trying to use his position as a congressman to intimidate the DA. Have him arrested in front of the world, and say it clearly. "You're under arrest for obstruction, and hindering prosecution".

Jordan overstepped just a bit there, he's possibly looking at an obstruction charge.
His committee has no authority to interfere in an ongoing state case.
They can ask all the questions they want, after the fact but they cannot interfere.
That's the law.
OK now I see maybe 2 outcomes. One the Court laughs this out the door and Bragg walks away. Or the lower Court takes it and Representative Jordan Appeals it. Bragg will not appeal if this goes against him. We all know that. Jordan will. So this will send with the Lower court tossing it our or it will end at the SCOTUS level. In the end Jordan will get these people in front of his Committee. And I would not be surprised to see the Senate picking up on this. Now to say he has no authority Wrong. if Bragg's office gets 1 penny in federal money Congress has Authority, even if the DA is unaware his office redivided the federal Funds.
