Officials are searching for a suspect and a vehicle tied to a subway shooting in New York City. At least 21 people have been treated at NYU Langone with injuries ranging from smoke inhalation to gunshot wounds. Officials said there was an issue with the surveillance at the train station.

Victims families should file an immediate subpoena duces tecum to secure footage from all CCTV cameras inside the subway station, exit stairs and for 2 city blocks around the subway station exits. If this was a random act of violence, and not an intelligence sponsored action, then there is NO way they cannot track the perpetrator through New York using the tens of thousands of CCTV cameras now installed on every block.
