In order to be granted Asylum, an individual is required to provide evidence demonstrating either that they have suffered persecution on account of protected ground in the past, and/or that they have a "Well Founded Fear" of future persecution in their home country.
But time and time again and over and over we hear interviewed migrants talking about their reason to seek Asylum in America is for the purpose of seeking a better life, not because of persecution. So if they claim persecution, even though most all say they are seeking a better life because of poverty in their nation, is the US government going to require proof of prosecution or just take their word for it.
And BTW…..poverty in their nation is not a reason to request or be granted Asylum.
Take all the Mexico's jobs back to USA, not sure whats down there but close all those factories and put the jobs back in USA since we now have lots of cheap labor in America.
